3.1% of citizens unemployed in Los Alamos County in 2021

Los Alamos County recorded an unemployment rate of 3.1% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 330 people out of the 19,169 living in Los Alamos County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Los Alamos County has decreased compared to the 3.5% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Los Alamos County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 6.5%.
