The City of Santa Fe announced on April 30 plans to redevelop Marc Brandt Park with new drainage improvements and community amenities. The city will hold an Early Neighborhood Notification public meeting to discuss the project and gather feedback from residents.

The planned redevelopment aims to create a resilient, multifunctional green corridor at Marc Brandt Park. The project will include Green Stormwater Infrastructure, a new multi-use park facility, improved trails, and strategies designed to support long-term watershed health.

Residents are invited to attend the public meeting scheduled for Saturday, May 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the City of Santa Fe Transit Training Room located at 2931 Rufina St., Santa Fe. The event will begin with an open house where attendees can speak with staff and review visual boards from 10:00–10:30 a.m., followed by a presentation until 11:15 a.m., and conclude with community feedback and questions until noon.

Spanish interpretation is available upon request for those who need accommodations or more information about the meeting. Interested individuals are encouraged to contact zrisaacson@santafenm.gov for further details.
