County releases Chapter 16 – Module 3 development code
Los Alamos County Development Department (CDD) and its consultant, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (DPS) released the last of the three modules (Module 3) to update the Chapter 16 Development Code on July 18 for the public to review. The draft document is available online at https://losalamosconnect.org/
In addition, the public is invited to a virtual open house on Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 5:30 p.m. Representatives from CDD and DPS will present a summary of the most significant proposed changes to Module 3 and hear public comment.
