COVID-19 Omicron Booster Clinic this Monday for individuals Ages 12+
Premier Medical Group (PMG) is holding another COVID-19 bivalent Omicron booster clinic in conjunction with Los Alamos County on Monday, October 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 2200 Diamond Dr., Los Alamos.
PMG will administer both the Pfizer Omicron booster to eligible individuals 12+ years and the Moderna Omicron booster for eligible individuals 18+ years. Since the October 7 vaccine clinic, PMG is now authorized to administer the Pfizer booster to individuals under 18.
Insurance and identification are not required. While PMG prefers individuals schedule an appointment through the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) vaccine webpage (https://goodtimes.vaccinenm.org/stay-ahead-nm/), the staff has set aside 30 additional doses for walk-ins.
To schedule an appointment, visit the NMDOH vaccine webpage (https://goodtimes.vaccinenm.org/stay-ahead-nm/). After logging into the appropriate NMDOH profile, individuals can select “schedule an appointment,” enter “Los Alamos,” and select “First Baptist Church” for the PMG clinic by clicking on the map. (No event code is needed).
For those encountering problems scheduling an appointment, NMDOH is available to assist from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. any day of the week at 1.855.600.3453. In addition, the Los Alamos Public Health Office is available at 505.662.4038 to help individuals schedule appointments.
