Los Alamos County issued the following announcement on April 5.

On Tuesday, Apr. 5, and Wednesday, Apr. 6, crews from Construction Survey Technologies, Inc will be conducting exploratory potholing to locate existing utilities at five locations along DP Road east of the Fire Training Center. During each potholing activity, one traffic lane will be closed, and flaggers will direct traffic safely through the work area. Motorists are asked to use caution and follow the signage and directions of the flaggers during this work.
This potholing work is in support of the DP Road Phase II Roadway and Infrastructure Project.
