Genoveva Chavez Community Center pools to close for swim meet February 28–March 1

The Genoveva Chavez Community Center swimming pools in Santa Fe will be closed on Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1. The closure is due to the Charger Aquatics Swim Meet, which will bring swimmers from across the region for a weekend of competitive events.

According to city officials, “We are proud to support opportunities that promote fitness, sportsmanship, and athletic achievement in our community.”

Regular pool operations and scheduled programming will resume on Monday, March 2.
