Los Alamos County Is Free Public Transit!

0Comments

One of our #favoritethings about Los Alamos County is FREE public transit! Not only for commuters and visitors but for our kiddos as well.
Atomic City Transit afternoon express routes operate on school days during the school year. This added layer of service ensures our youth can get where they need to go after school each day, while also minimizing traffic in school zones and throughout the community. These routes are also available to the public.
Express Routes will resume on Wednesday, August 10 as the school season starts. This week express routes will accommodate the 12:00 PM release time for elementary students by running an alternate schedule. Beginning Monday, August 15, express routes will resume a normal schedule for the school year.
For more information about routes, schedules, and how to receive live updates about where the bus is via the MyStop app and ACTracker, visit atomiccitytransit.com.
