Mayor Michael Garcia announced on May 12 that registration for the upcoming ‘Meet with Mike’ event will open at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 25.

The event allows residents to schedule one-on-one appointments with Mayor Garcia, which will take place on Thursday, May 28, from noon to 5 p.m. at Fire Station 1, located at 200 Murales Rd. Each appointment is scheduled for a duration of 25 minutes and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration is required for all participants.

Virtual meeting options and translation services are available upon request to ensure accessibility for all community members. The city encourages those interested in attending or seeking more information to visit its website.

In addition to the ‘Meet with Mike’ sessions, the City of Santa Fe offers various newsletters that include event announcements, breaking news updates, recreation news, and road construction reports. Residents can personalize their news preferences through the city’s online platform.

This initiative aims to provide an opportunity for direct communication between city leadership and residents while offering flexible options for participation.
