NORTH COMMUNITY POWER OUTAGE UPDATE:
As of 5:45 p.m., lineworkers with the Department of Public Utilities have isolated the problem causing the power outage affecting North Community.  For safety reasons, crews are waiting for weather conditions to improve to allow for work to continue safely.  The restoration time is not known at this time.
