The City of Santa Fe announced on April 1 that road construction activities will continue this week on Airport Road and Jaguar Drive, with some adjustments due to Spring Break. The city said only minor construction work is expected during the week of March 30 to April 3.

These updates are important for residents and commuters who use these roads, as they may experience changes in traffic patterns or delays. The city advises motorists and pedestrians to plan accordingly.

On Airport Road, lane shifts will take place from Cerrillos Road to Country Club Road. There will also be an outside lane closure at 4220 Airport Road, along with asphalt work on both Airport Road and Zepol Road. Drivers should expect uneven pavement near Zepol Road.

For Jaguar Drive, roadway improvements are ongoing from Avenida El Nido to Paseo del Sol West through May 15. Lane shifts throughout the project area are expected, as well as sidewalk closures. Concrete work is continuing, with asphalt work scheduled soon. Delays could occur if there is bad weather or utility conflicts.

The City of Santa Fe encourages drivers and pedestrians to use alternate routes when possible and allow extra travel time while traveling through these construction zones.

Further details about the projects can be found by visiting the city’s website.
