Santa Fe County announced on April 13 the launch of Diligent Community, a new online agenda management and meeting platform that replaces the previous BoardDocs system. The platform is now live and offers public access to meeting agendas and materials at https://SantaFeCountyNM.community.DiligentOnePlatform.com/Portal/.

The move aims to increase transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in local government operations. The upgrade is intended to make it easier for residents to access information about county meetings and decisions.

Diligent Community is a cloud-based tool designed to improve how meeting agendas, supporting documents, and records are created, managed, and shared with the public across various county boards and committees. Key features include improved search functionality for locating current or past agendas, mobile-friendly access across devices, centralized records of meetings in one location, livestreaming of Board of County Commissioners meetings directly through the platform, and more streamlined internal processes for developing and publishing agendas.

All historical meeting materials from BoardDocs have been migrated to ensure continuity. The county continues refining some features such as legacy video links and certain archived records for completeness. Residents needing help with the new system can contact the County Manager’s Office at 505-986-6200.

Santa Fe County promotes community engagement through public meetings, advisory boards, and document access according to its official website. It supports operations via administrative facilities throughout the region according to its official website.

The county operates under a Board of County Commissioners responsible for policy-making while a County Manager oversees administration according to its official website. Services extend across incorporated municipalities, pueblos, unincorporated areas according to its official website, covering areas such as public safety, health services, public works, human services, and community development according to its official website.
