Santa Fe County is inviting a resident from District 5 to join the Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy (ACCE) Council. This council aims to guide the county’s investments in arts and cultural preservation. Established by the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners on December 9, 2024, through Resolution No. 2024-167, the ACCE Council consists of eleven members: two from each commission district and one at-large member.

The role requires attending monthly meetings in person, completing a conflict-of-interest form, and adhering to the county’s Code of Conduct. The council seeks members with expertise in arts, culture, or creative industries. Candidates must reside within Santa Fe County but outside the City of Santa Fe limits.

The council advises on programs and strategies to support Santa Fe County’s arts and creative economy. Interested District 5 residents should submit a letter of interest and resume to Leila Shadabi at the Santa Fe County Office of Economic Development by July 25, 2025.
