Santa Fe schedules public meeting on Ashbaugh Park stormwater project April 16

The City of Santa Fe announced on April 13 that it will hold a public information meeting about the Ashbaugh Park Stormwater Infiltration Project. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 16, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Santa Fe Main Library Community Room at 145 Washington Avenue.

The city said the design team will present conceptual plans for renovating the northern section of Ashbaugh Park. The proposed improvements include new drainage and stormwater capture infrastructure, as well as additional amenities that will be discussed during the session.

Community members are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and share feedback to help guide design decisions and future programming. “Community members are encouraged to ask questions and share feedback to help guide design decisions and future programming,” according to the city’s announcement.

American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish interpretation services will be provided at the meeting. An online survey and project website are expected to be available in late April for those unable to attend in person.
