City Sponsors Community Conversation on Violent Incidents in District 3
Sunday 3 p.m. at Southside Library
October 1, 2021 -- In order to facilitate a public discussion of concerns about recent incidents of gun violence in District 3, the City of Santa Fe is hosting a community conversation on Sunday afternoon at the Southside Library. The agenda is to identify community needs and find ways to partner with the community with the goal of finding solutions to this problem together.
Representing the City will be Mayor Alan Webber, Councilor Roman Abeyta (Councilor Christopher Rivera is unavailable), Community Health and Safety Director Kyra Ochoa, SFPD Deputy Chief Paul Joye, Captain Aaron Ortiz, and Lieutenant David Webb.
YouthWorks and other community groups have been invited to attend.
