EMCO: Will be replacing curb and gutter and ADA ramps on Camino Alire. Work will begin 11-15-2021 thru 11-19-2021. There will be lane shifts and sidewalk closures. Contact Mark Brooks at 505-955-2404 with any questions.

 

GM Emulsion: Will be stripping Camino Carlos Rey between Zia and Cerrillos. The work will begin 11-15-2021 thru 11-19-2021. Expect minor delays. Contact Mark Brooks at 505-955-2404 with any questions.

 

PNM: Will be working on Rosario Blvd. pulling, and replacing cable. Work is scheduled to begin 11-15-21 thru 11-16-21. A message board will be placed with public notification. Lane shifts, and lane closures will be in place along with flaggers. Contact Teddy Padilla 505-231-4794 for information.

 

GM Emulsion: Will be repaving Don Diego from Cerrillos to Cordova. The work will begin 11-15-2021 thru 11-19-2021. There will be road closures and one way traffic in place. Please seek alternate routes. Contact Mark Brooks at 505-955-2404 with any questions.

Rain Garden Construction: Will begin work constructing the Brother's Lane Rain Garden. Traffic may be affected along E. Alameda between Old Santa Fe Trail and Cathedral Place, however any disruptions to vehicular traffic will be minimal and limited to early morning hours. Pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be affected as the Santa Fe River Trail will be closed in this section. Pedestrians and bicyclists will be directed to the opposite side of the street using crosswalks. Construction will start 11-08-2021, although the team will be onsite the week prior to begin staking, and last approximately 6 weeks. Please call Zoe Isaacson at 505-955-6853 with any questions. 

Sub Surface Contracting: Replacement of water mains and services on Apache Avenue, San Ildefonso Road, San Felipe Circle, San Felipe Ave to Otowi, Rosina Street from Apache Ave to Gallegos Lane, Maclovia from Rosina St to Cerrillos St and Isabel St. Work will began on 10-12-2021 and continue until June 2022. The initial work zone (Street) is Apache Ave and Rosina west of Apache. Lane shifts and road closures will be in place. Contact Teddy Padilla 505-231-4794 with any questions.

The Nature Conservancy: Will have a temporary parking area closure that will reduce parking capacity at the Cerro Gordo Trailhead by two spaces. The Parks Division will be cooperating with The Nature Conservancy on the Santa Fe Canyon Preserve (SFCP) A trail maintenance project will begin on 10-11-2021. The loop trail within the preserve will be closed from the trailhead east to the Old Stone Dam. 

Facility Build and the City of Santa Fe: Will be installing new restrooms at the Water Street parking lot. The sidewalk on East Water Street will be closed for the demolition of the existing wall starting on 09-06-2021 thru 11-19-2021. Contact Kody Keelin at 505-231-4987 with any questions.

 

Sierra Canyon Construction: Will be adding a Decel Lane at 6581 Cerrillos Rd. Lane shifts will be in place, work is scheduled to begin 08-31-2021 thru 12-31-2021. Contact Teddy Padilla at 505-231-4794 with any questions. 

 

Kelly Cable: Will be installing new fiber optic cable overhead and boring. Rodeo road will have be reduced to one lane from Richards Ave to Cerrillos road and continuing on Airport road to Lopez Lane. Work will begin on 08-02-2021 thru 11-30-2021. Kelly Cable: Will be installing new fiber optic cable overhead on Lopez Lane. Lopez Lane will have flagmen from Airport road to Rufina. Work will begin 08-09-2021 thru 11-30-2021. Contact Kody Keelin at 505-231-4987 with any questions.

 

Bradbury Stamm Construction: Will be installing underground utilities at 2068 Galisteo St. work is scheduled to begin 06-28-2021 thru 11-30-2021. Contact Teddy Padilla 505-231-4794, with any questions.
