Paragon Energy Solutions and NuScale Power have signed a patent license agreement to enable the widespread use of HIPS (Highly Integrated Protection System). NuScale is the developer of the small modular reactor (SMR) nuclear technology that is central to the Carbon Free Power Project in which DPU is a subscriber.
