Santa Fe County has announced a community virtual outreach meeting aimed at educating residents about its capital planning process and how they can submit capital project proposals. Scheduled for April 22, 2025, the session will take place online from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.

County staff will explain the process for proposing new capital projects and give an overview of the Fiscal Year 2027-2031 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP). This plan focuses on essential projects needed for Santa Fe County's development. The meeting presents an opportunity for community members to influence the County’s future infrastructure investments.

"Santa Fe County invites interested constituents, non-profits, registered community organizations, and resident associations to a virtual meeting," the announcement states. "This meeting allows the community to shape the County's future infrastructure investments."

Key details for joining the meeting include a Microsoft Teams link with access via the provided Meeting ID and Passcode or by dialing in from a phone.

Projects proposed by the community, covering public infrastructure such as water, wastewater, roads, and facilities, will be thoroughly reviewed as part of the County's Capital Planning Process.

Further information about the capital planning process can be obtained by visiting the Santa Fe County Planning website or contacting Maxx PL Hendren, the Capital Planning Team Leader, at the provided phone number or email address.
