Santa Fe County issued the following announcement on April 9.
Free composters are available for a limited time to eligible Santa Fe County residents! Composting is a way to “recycle” kitchen scraps, leaves, and yard trimmings into a rich soil amendment. Choose between a straw bale system or black plastic bin. Includes tools, training, and installation.
