SERVICE ALERT 09/09 2:30pm: The Los Alamos County government website www.losalamosnm.us is experiencing technical difficulties. The estimated time that the website will be restored is unknown at this time, according to county officials.
Customer Care Center representatives indicate that citizens attempting to pay a utility bill on the county website can instead make a payment at https://ipn.paymentus.com/rotp/LACU. Department of Public Utilities customers will be prompted to provide the Account and Customer ID numbers.
