Santa Fe County Day at New Mexico State Capitol set for February 18

Santa Fe County is set to host an event at the New Mexico State Capitol on February 18, 2025. This occasion, known as Santa Fe County Day, invites both residents and visitors to engage with local government and celebrate the county's culture and history.

From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the West Hall of History will present exhibits and interactive booths showcasing county programs and services. Elected officials and staff will be available to address questions and provide insights into their work serving Santa Fe County.

The New Mexico Legislature will formally recognize the contributions of the county by declaring "Santa Fe County Day" in both legislative chambers. This declaration highlights the importance of local government in fostering a prosperous future for the community.

The event aims not only to focus on governance but also on community, culture, and collaboration. Attendees will learn about how Santa Fe County’s policies impact daily life while honoring its rich heritage.
