CITY OF SANTA FE: All Playgrounds and Basketball Courts Closed

City of Santa Fe issued the following announcement on Apr. 7. 

Due to continuing concerns about potential spread of COVID-19 virus all Parks and Recreation Tennis Courts, Playgrounds, Skate Bowls and Basketball Courts will be closed effective immediately and until further notice. The City continues to take proactive steps to safeguard public health and slow the transmission of this virus in our community. The City is following best practices and will adapt and modify its policies as necessary.

In the meantime patrons can continue to enjoy our outdoor spaces while observing the following rules:

  • All Tennis Courts, Playgrounds, Skate Bowls and Basketball Courts are closed effective immediately
  • Social distancing of a minimum 6 feet
  • No groups larger than 5 individuals
  • Closures effective until  further notice
  • Park hours 6:00 a.m.--10:00 p.m.
  • Pick up your trash and dog litter
